Tusi has contributed to various national-level projects as a Technical Writer and Assistant Consultant under PT PCI Profesi Indonesia. Her work includes documentation development and implementation assistance for ISO/IEC 27001:2022 at organizations.
Previously, she has been involved in IT governance and system documentation projects with Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN), Kejaksaan Agung RI, and Jamkrindo, focusing on standard operating procedure (SOP) design, IT service management (ITSM), and disaster recovery documentation (DRP).
